Professional Experience

Business and finance background, coupled with 7 years of being an educator/technology coach - both in person and fully remote. I have a Master's in Instructional Technology, which really sparked my interest in using various platforms to create engaging virtual experiences for users. I first got intrigued with the instructional design process itself while working at Marriott Vacations Worldwide creating SOP's for brand new processes for employees. Working as an educator and technology coach just solidified my strengths in creating learning experiences custom-designed for the end-user.

In any task or challenge, I have a very strong work ethic to make certain the best possible solution gets put in place!

Personal

While I currently reside on the outskirts of Tampa FL, originally I was born in Estonia and grew up in Lake Wales, FL. Having such diverse experiences has allowed me to have different perspectives when it comes to everyday challenges. I value putting people first and designing/creating purposeful, user-friendly experiences.

In my personal time, I stay busy with my three littles and our newest fur baby - Sandi, our Saint. We love anything outdoors, especially mountains and water. I seem to always be remodeling, fixing, or building projects around our house and yard.

Much like in my professional views - I want to surround myself with individuals who have a strong work ethic to solve problems, not create them. Being genuine and having a strong sense of humor, particularly in tough times, are values/traits I definitely hold dear to me.
