To prepare for a comprehensive curriculum consisting of multiple career paths, a strategic mapping of roles was first established based on job family. See below for a visual of the initial mapping for these roles based on beginning (omega), intermediate (delta), and advanced (alpha) levels.
After extensive research and collaboration with SME's a curriculum outline and content were developed for multiple career paths. Coding and Programming Language was created to be a part of career paths needing this foundational level knowledge on basics coding principles.
